SW Tools & Requirements manager
Bang & Olufsen Automotive develops and produces high-end audio systems to high-end automotive brands. Bang & Olufsen audio systems are currently available in several Audi, AMG/Daimler, BMW and all Aston Martin models
To support our growth and to further strengthen our team we are looking for a:
SW Tools & Requirements manager
The Bang & Olufsen Automotive activities have basis in both Struer, Denmark, and in Pullach close to Munich, Germany. This position has its base in the Denmark location.
The position reports to the Senior Manager, System & Platform R&D in Struer, Denmark.
Your responsibilities:
- Managing and configuration of quality and requirement management related software tools
- Managing of software development tools
- Handling of customer requirements
- Optimization of the software quality process
- Training of the team members regarding software quality and tools
- Definition of operating instructions
- Customer contact person regarding software quality issues
- Participation in software quality assessments
- (20-40 travel days per year is to be expected)

Your profile:
- A degree in SW engineering or other similar background
- Knowledge of software quality processes (i. e. SPICE, CMMI, FMEA, ISO/TS 16949)
- Profound experience in the development of embedded systems
- Good knowledge of C/C++, MISRA as well as static code analyses
- Good knowledge of software tools (versions administration, bug tracking, requirements handling)
- Experience with project lifecycle management tools, testing and static code analysis wanted
- Project management experience is of advantage
- Good English - written and spoken, German is of advantage
- Flexible in terms of tasks and effort
- Ability to build relations and to work and act independently
