As our new Sustainability Consultant you get a meaningful job and a unique opportunity to ensure that Grundfos is at the forefront within sustainability and strengthen our work within measuring sustainability performance.

Group Sustainability is a driver for making Grundfos even more sustainable

You will join 5 consultants who are responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring strategies, policies and projects within sustainability at corporate level. We work closely together with other specialist functions and facilitate, motivate and advise on sustainability projects and initiatives in all Grundfos companies and communicate about sustainability externally and internally.

Measure our sustainability performance and integrate it in our management model

Being responsible for measuring our sustainability performance and progress, you ensure that sustainability performance management is integrated into our overall performance management model and governance structures. In doing so, you identify new and develop existing indicators, set targets and establish the right governance and management system around the data.

Furthermore, you manage broader sustainability projects where you integrate sustainability into processes, procedures and decision making across the entire organisation. In doing so, you continuosly ensure that processes are optimised.

Building a strong network and creating a collaborative sustainable environment

You will be working in close co-operation with your colleagues across the organisation as well as the group functions and units that are responsible for data and performance. The challenge is to get an overview of our complex organisation and ensure a collaborative environment where we focus on sustainability and ensure that data and information about sustainability is used approporiately.

Solid sustainability project management experience and good stakeholder management skills

You have a 5+ years’ experience from a sustainability position where you have implemented development projects in large and global organisations and managed and reported on sustainability data. Preferably, you have been part of developing and supporting a performance management culture, giving you a strong track record of managing projects and driving sustainability through performance management.  Experience with transforming and quantifying strategies into concrete targets and measures though e.g. KPI’s or scorecards is a definite advantage as is experience ideally SAP or another ERP system. Your English is at a high level both verbally and in writing. As a person you:

• have excellent co-operation and communication skills that enables you create commitment as well as convey sustainability issues clearly and convincingly
• you are passionate about sustainability and easily gain an overview in complex information and organisations
• have a self-motivated and result-oriented approach to your tasks
