Join Product Development Software
Your new department is responsible for development of embedded application software for products, where reliability and delivery on time is very important. The department is part of Grundfos Global Product Development and consists of 3 SCRUM teams. We always like to have fun while we are working – without losing focus and while keeping a high team spirit. In your daily work you will be a part of one of the teams, thus, you will work together with highly qualified Software Developers in a department with focus on a component based architectural setup and a fanatic focus on quality.
Software development and coordination of project activities
As Technical Responsible you will be responsible for delivering software for product development projects and you will be the primary interface between the software team and the on-going projects. You will co-ordinate with Project Managers, hardware- and mechanical-colleagues and take part in software project management. In doing so, you coordinate and lead the different software activities and focus on the specification and planning regarding deliverables and manpower. You are involved in the entire project phase from concept development to software implementation and you ensure delivery on time - always with quality in mind.
Furthermore, you coordinate activities regarding development/production outside of Denmark. The challenge is to continously optimise the way we manage deliveries in order to improve Grundfos´ products even more.
Software Engineer with coordination skills and a good overview
You are a Software Engineer with 3+ years´ experience from a similar position with software project management as well as embedded programming. It is an advantage if you have experience working with software processes such as ISO15504. Your English skills are excellent - verbally and in writing.
As a person you are extrovert, structured and able to form a broad view of the projects and you always take responsibility for your tasks. Further, you are able to delegate, you have a personal drive and you are a networker who thrives working both independently and in a team. Finally, you have an eye for details and quality, at the same time you are good at coordinating tasks and engaging colleagues to carry out activities.
