As Power Hardware Architect you will play a very important role in our PD Hardware department in Sønderborg. We turn ideas into solutions with potential to make global impact within photovoltaic cells. High-profile role with focus on development

Your focus is to drive and take responsibility for the product power architecture as well as development of new concepts and specifications. Your success will be measured by your ability to ensure high quality performance and reliability within agreed costs and deadlines. Standardisation and cross-project synergy are other important landmarks for your work.

In detail you:

take part in product specification and concept development (product/power level)
contribute to our product power design and time estimates
contribute to cross project wise power electronics clarification during all developmental phases
participate in interdisciplinary and hardware reviews
ensure creation, transfer and utilisation of hardware knowledge, competencies, methods and tools

5 years’ experience within power electronics development

You hold a degree at minimum B.Sc. level, preferably you have a M.Sc. in electronics focusing on power electronics. In addition, you have at least 5 years experience with power electronics development. You therefore have the skills to get the total picture of a power product concept including critical design factors and logical ways of implementation. You also have gained practical knowledge within power simulation models and tools, e.g. Saber, PSIM, Matlab/Simulink/PLECS. If you have not already experience as project core team member and coordinator/project manager, you are more than ready to pick up the challenge. As a person you are used to creating results using your ability to analyse, plan, execute and document - on your own and as part of a team. With your positive attitude you see problems as challenges that can be solved by the right use of energy, team spirit and creative thinking.
