IBM Global Business Services is making a huge investment in the Microsoft Service Line, including Microsoft Dynamics AX, building our Nordic Microsoft Competence Center. We continue to see a high demand throughout the Nordic countries for bringing additional value to our clients with Microsoft Dynamics AX services, both in our Application Management Services and Application Innovation Services business areas.
In order to succeed and continue to compete and win major strategic accounts, the Microsoft Competence Center in IBM Global Business Services Denmark is looking for a consultant with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX (finance and projects) business process and application design, and who has implementation experience to help with the development of the local competitiveness of our Microsoft Dynamics AX services.
Broad technical skills in Microsoft technologies and products, as well as solid design skills are required.
The role requires functional knowledge and the ability to map Microsoft Dynamics AX customer business problems to reusable end-to-end business application solutions.
The ideal candidate will have recent experience with the implementation and development of large Microsoft Dynamics AX solutions. Broad industry experience and competitive application knowledge are required.

The Microsoft Dynamics AX Functional Consultant will work in an AMS team with local Microsoft Dynamics AX developers and Microsoft Dynamics AX business consultants from IBM in Denmark and from Global Delivery in India.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX
- Consultancy experience with providing service to enterprise clients
- 5-8 years of deep functional experience with the Microsoft Dynamics AX application
- Demonstrated experience in influencing key decision makers and achieving agreement across teams
- Proven track record of successfully creating, building, and delivering large Microsoft Dynamics AX projects
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong collaboration and execution skills, and the ability to manage multiple independent projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree required and a master’s degree is a plus
The successful candidate will report to the Unit Manager and Lead Manager of the Microsoft Competence Center.

- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX
- At least 5 years experience in project scope and process analysis
- At least 5 years experience in system analysis and solution description
- At least 5 years experience in estimation of time
- At least 5 years experience in setting business parameters
- At least 5 years experience in quality assurance tasks (functional and process test, quality assurance)
- At least 5 years experience in training and assistance with commissioning
- At least 5 years experience in advising clients regarding their Microsoft Dynamics AX solution
- Certified in Microsoft Dynamics AX Finance and Projects
- English: Fluent
- Danish: Fluent
