As IT Security Specialist in Capital Markets IT Infrastructure and Operations (CMI&O) you will be responsible to assess security related risks and advise the organisation in IT Security matters.

You will maintain a comprehensive overview of potential risks and corresponding mitigation plans and you will check compliance with IT security requirements in selected risk areas and if necessary prompt responsible party to ensure that relevant security controls are in place.

You will work in a customer focused dynamic environment putting high demands on security solutions and risk control. You will work in a small team with very competent colleagues and a high energy level.

Raise the bar on Security Awareness and avoid Security Incidents

It is the ambition that the CM I&O set up is viewed as being best practice among comparable European investment banks. On an overall level the target for the Security, Risk and Compliance team is to maintain a reliable and comprehensive Risk- and Compliance overview making sure that risks are mitigated as planned and the probability and impact of security incidents are kept to a minimum.

Use your experience - Take on the driver role

We expect you to be proactive and committed to create results that add value to the bank. You drive and take responsibility and build relationships with our internal partners based on trust and a high level of expertise and quality. Your theoretical competence level is at 'Datamatiker' or higher.

You have a Security Specialist background, preferably with a CISSP. You are familiar with IT security methods and you are updated on latest development in the IT threat- and mitigation picture. You are able to communicate IT Security matters in a way that creates clarity and supports business decisions.

Capital Markets Infrastructure and Operations (CMI&O) was established in January 2011 and is responsible for IT Infrastructure and Operations Services for Capital Markets and Investment Management in Nordea. Business Management Office is responsible for the 'business' of delivering Infrastructure and Operations Services as well as Information Security Management.
