Java Developer in the Web team, Markets Investment Banking

We will be expanding our web application team with a recently graduated Java/J2EE developer.

Our team handles the development of both large and small projects in close collaboration with the business. Our applications support, facilitate and secure business processes. All applications are developed for internal use and all maintenance is handled by us.

Ensuring sustainable solutions and take on the responsibility of vital business IT solutions

You will be working closely together with end-users and back-end developers to create User Interfaces for the systems in our portfolio.

A proper education and relevant Java/J2EE experience is needed You have a degree in Computer Science, a technical college or university degree or similar and recently graduated.

Your Primary competencies are:

Java/J2EE
JavaScript (preferably Object Oriented JavaScript)
CSS, HTML, Maven.

Secondary competencies are: SQL and Oracle PL/SQL.

You are interested in working with Java/J2EE development and have become acquainted with Java/J2EE, JavaScript (preferably Object Oriented JavaScript), CSS, HTML and possibly Maven during your education.

Experience with databases, especially Oracle, SQL and PL / SQL will be an advantage. You are familiar with adapting new methods, you are willing to adapt our framework and not afraid to ask and learn. We expect that you are willing to share your knowledge with your team mates. Good communication skills in both written and spoken English are required.

The Web-team is responsible for a system portfolio of approximately 40 systems. The range of systems is: Customer System, Credit Risk, Market Risk, Market Value Reporting, Sales Portal, etc.
