F# gruppen er et forum, hvor man kan diskutere F# som sprog, funktionelle sprog generelt, fordelene ved et funktionelt sprog på .NET platformen,
og andre emner.

F# er et superset af OCaml, der har sine rødder i sproget ML. Compilet kode afvikles på et .NET runtime (MS eller Mono), og har en performanceprofil sammenlignelig med C#.
